Rita Castellanos

As a native american woman and mother I do not see another job being so fit for me. As a child I was placed with my aunt and uncle through ICWA whom now i call mom and dad. I experienced trauma through the killing of my mother at such a young age. Till this day we have not gotten justice for her. I am a mother of 2 beautiful girls who are my world. I have been blessed to be able to stay home with them these last couple of years. I have volunteered my free time to a non profit cheer gym were i have been working with all kinds of children whom Ive grown to have great relationships with in and out of the gym. In receiving this job i would give it my all and bring a positive attitude to every case. I will be organized and Skilled in problem-solving and optimizing performance. I am Capable of managing projects and collaborating effectively with teams. Im Committed to continuous learning and staying current with rules and regulations to contribute to organizational success.
