The hospitality industry has been a part of my life for a number of years. Before immigrating to the USA I was the owner of a catering and events company called Supermeets. I collaborated with resorts like Zimbali Resorts, Simbithi, La Montagne and catering for events like weddings, beauty pageants and conferences. My role was to plan menus and co ordinate necessary services and products like flowers, tableware and liquor, also some logistics like security. Until August 2023 I owned a company here in Florida called Safari Kitchen. Safari Kitchen provided catering services as well as planned events like intimate weddings, engagements and other celebrations in collaboration with Enchanted Picnics in St Petersburg. During this time I planned menus and provided food , arranged for decor and flowers and set up the necessary equipment and furnishings required for the events.
