• Performed wide range of pharmacy operations in accordance with pharmacy policies and procedures. Responsibilities include filling prescriptions for customers, stocking, labeling, shipping and inventoried medications and keeping accurate records.
• Answered incoming patient phone calls and respond regarding prescription and medication-specific issues. Acted as liaison between pharmacists, physicians and insurance providers to process prescriptions in timely manner.

• Working alongside the founder and director, Dr. Ehsan Hoque, primarily focusing on sponsorship and child support projects.
• Spearheaded networking opportunities to widen DCI presence internationally to create educational and developmental opportunities for youth in Bangladesh, India, Nepal, and Nicaragua.
• Assisted Dr. Hoque in drafting, editing, and researching various correspondence materials, including, but not limited to emails, speeches, and social media posts.
• Led a fundraising event, raising a total of $1875 in 2 months, and found sponsorship for 14 orphans, under the age of 12, until they turn 18. Conducted remote English-language and reading lessons via Zoom for 10, 9 to 13-year-old girls.

• Provided assistance to team of physical therapists and athletic trainers that offer specialized treatment for sports injuries, or any kind of pain.
• Work focused on facilitating interactive exercises, setting up workouts, applying electrical stimulation for patients, supported with Graston techniques instruments, and kinesiotaping for patients.
• Maintained clean, neat, and operational facilities to serve program needs.
• Supported the front desk operations by handling patient intake/outtake procedures, managing insurance-related tasks, assisting with billing procedures, and contacting physician offices to ensure patient treatments are effective through updated medical imaging.

• Shadowed Dr. Janet Pearl to deepen understanding of the medical field and research. Gained invaluable insights into the multifaceted aspects of patient care, diagnosis, and treatment.
• Observed Dr. Pearl engage in evidence-based discussions, clinical rounds and in medical procedures. Watched minimally invasive surgeries, needling procedures for pain relief using surgical technology and exposure to reading medical imaging.

• Shadowed Dr. Peter M. Eyvazzadeh to deepen understanding the surgical process. Gained invaluable insights into the multifaceted aspects of patient care, diagnosis, and treatment in orthopedic cases.
• Observed Dr. Eyvazzadeh engage in clinical rounds, pre and post operative meetings and perform several ACL/MCL repairs, hip arthroscopy labral repair, and knee arthroscopy with partial meniscus repairs.

• Assisted with administrative duties such as maintaining student records, generating reports, organizing paperwork, and managing center operations.
• Worked one-on-one with students to help achieve academic goals; identified areas of improvement, supported kids with disabilities to help them develop critical thinking skills in a comfortable and individualized environment.

• Collaborated with clients to schedule and booked locations for photo shoots and took high-quality images for various print and digital projects.
• Edited, toned, captioned, and uploaded photographs for publication.
