Provide technical solutions for controller, electrical, and BMS-related issues, ensuring quick and effective resolution of problems.
Manage daily operations to ensure adherence to SLAs and KPIs for MMT services, preparing reports on various metrics within timelines and maintaining data integrity.
Oversee HVAC, lighting control, comfort, and safety with a focus on energy efficiency, ensuring optimal system performance through effective operations and maintenance management.
