I am currently enrolled in JROTC. The main purpose of JROTC is to help students be better citizens, by teaching them great values , leadership, and project management skills. I have reached the highest rank (Lieutenant Colonel)and position possible in my unit. As the Battalion Commander I am in charge of the efficiency of the staff and an enriching learning experience for the rest of the cadets from freshman to senior year .My role is to conduct and make sure that all the projects we have are completed within time and budget while ensuring impeccable quality. Because of my volunteerism and my hard work , I was promoted to be the battalion commander, and because of my performance, I was nominated and received the cadet of the year certificate.
