River Craciun

Competitive tennis players with 4 years of experience of playing in tournaments regularly playing across New England and have also played in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, and Virginia. Was 2nd singles on the Varsity Team Sophomore and Junior Year, helping the team reach a ranking of 4th in the state as well as reaching the quarter final's in the state tournament.

• Was Ranked 31 in New England and top 1000 in the Country
• Received a MICCA Gold Medal
• Played in Mechanics Hall for the High School Band
• Won Second Place in the National Team L2 Northeast Team Cup
• Won Third Place in the Regional Double's L3
• Was Selected for the New England Player Council Ambassador Program
• Was Accepted into the International Joint Science Education Program run by Dartmouth
• Won Honor Roll for the last 6 Quarter's
• Was Selected to be a Senior Intensive for the School Wind Ensemble

I am a very competitive tennis player who trains about 4-5 days a week for about 2 hours a session, who regularly plays tournaments across New England on the weekends. When I am not playing tennis during the week, I am practicing Trombone for the school band or Piano. During the weekends, I also loving going on hikes with my family where we go birding, normally for raptors, and have traveled as far as Maine for birding before.
