Currently completing the final year of GCU's BSN program. Clinical experience has been gained working with clients and various healthcare professionals during each clinical rotation. Skillsets within the registered nurse's scope of practice are consistently being developed, improved, and added. The intentions for applying to the residency program are to be trained in a one-on-one setting by a nurse to become more competent in nursing care and skillsets. Hardworking, compassionate, and cooperative are some personal strengths presented while working on the medical unit. Transitioning from the educational realm into the workforce will be an adjustment, therefore, involvement in the residency program while completing this bachelor's degree will be most beneficial in preparing for a future career in nursing.
