Attend to resident satisfaction by providing attentive and consistent service during busy shifts. Engage in meaningful conversation with the residents and learn about their experiences. Work with the team of FOH and BOH employees to ensure that every shift goes smoothly.

Work with team of adults and high school age students to care for children in grades K-6. Coordinate to plan for the lessons, songs, and activities that will be done that day. Play guitar for singing time.

Shadowed an occupational therapist and physical therapist in their work with children who had different needs and abilities. Assisted in treatment when able with instruction from the doctors. Learned appropriate terminology to use when working with kids in this manner.

Shadowed an occupational therapist, speech therapist, and music therapist in their care for students with special needs. Learned on-job strategies for responding to different needs that arose.
