Responsible for managing the maintenance team and coordinating maintenance activities to make sure the work is done in an effective manner.
To be able to report to the management on a regular basis all the issues, the action taken and the progress of fixing/troubleshooting
Developing the required work.
Develop maintenance schedules and enforce them among maintenance staff.
To organize repairs, maintenance, and preventive maintenance check on the kitchen equipment, building system including civil/structural items, electrical items and plumbing.
Monitor and prioritize maintenance request and task. Identify and expedite emergencies and monitor workload throughout the day to ensure tasks are completed timely and efficiently.
