Executive Assistant
- Gatekeeper - very heavy calendaring and strategically plan meetings as the CAO and President|CMO, and Regional Administrators travel to and from practice locations spanning from Marco Island through southern Lee County.
- Assess and prioritize validity of meeting requests for the Chief Administrative Officer as well as the President and Chief Medical Officer to maximize productivity and use of time.
- Act as primary liaison between NCH Medical Group Administration, providers, and employees.
- Plan, create presentations, and facilitate Board of Trustees meetings.
- Plan and facilitate events for Executive | Administration and Providers, such as quarterly All Provider Meeting, Provider Social Events, Annual Women in Medicine Celebration. In addition, coordinate individual events for specialty areas as well as dinner engagements with Executive Leadership and Physicians.
- New Leadership Onboarding - schedule each new leader introduction | training sessions with interdepartmental management to review protocols, policies, and guidelines.
- Maintain Organization Charts, email distribution lists, create and maintain the annual NCH Medical Group Meeting schedule which includes quarterly Quality Committee Meetings, Finance and Operations Committee, etc.
- Coordinated executive schedules and managed appointments to optimize time management.
- Review Reimbursement, Travel, and Vendor payment requests for accuracy, compliance, and ensure supporting documentation is attached prior to obtaining final approval from Executive(s).
- Travel arrangements, external conferences, registrations, and create travel itinerary.
