- Renew computers for teachers, present all criteria to instructors to ensure their needs are met, and then meticulously check each computer to ensure seamless operation before deployment.
- Preparing the laboratory and classrooms for students' final exams involves organizing the space and ensuring all necessary materials are available, while also minimizing distractions to create an optimal testing environment conducive to student success. This includes arranging seating, setting up exam materials, and ensuring technical equipment is functioning properly, all aimed at facilitating a smooth and efficient examination process.
- Before the exams, we will thoroughly inspect all office equipment and confirm to teachers that there are no malfunctions, ensuring smooth operations during the examination period. This proactive approach aims to minimize disruptions and provide teachers with confidence in the reliability of the equipment, enabling them to focus solely on facilitating the exams effectively.
