EXPERIENCE GENERAL MANAGER MOUNTAIN WEST EQUIPMENT, IDAHO FALLS ID. 2020-FEB 2025 After moving from central valley California in November of 2020 to Eastern Idaho, I was allowed to develop a dealership through the impacts of Covid and for a dealership which needed growth in their new LMA responsibilities assigned by their OEM, Kubota. During my 4 years at Mountain West Equipment, I was responsible for all operations of eventually 3 dealership locations. To achieve goals, I set hiring of key team members and developing department leaders, grew employee count from 7 to 24 when my position was eliminated. In addition to team growth, implementation of a DBS, (CDK) Opening of two additional locations, and creating processes for business success in all departments within the dealership. As a result, company revues grew from $3.4 million to $13.68 at the end of 2024. Whole goods CE equipment turns were faster the national average, service labor revenue went from $59K to $1.22 million, parts revenue increased from $153k to $1.29 million from 2022 to 2024. The success in this role I contribute to employee development, planning market changes, as well as creating processes to hit the KPI's set. As a result of creating a team and installing basic processes over the 5 locations, the service departments collectively went from negative LYTD financially to Net profitable of 11%. SALES MANAGER, BIG VALLEY TRACTOR; STOCKTON, CA - 2017 - 2020 As Sales manager at Big Valley Tractor I was responsible for many items: sales team growth and development, inventory stocking levels, ordering throughout the selling seasons, new product discovery and negotiation, sales territory management, financial analysis and various other daily operation duties. In this position I was able to grow gross sales from $9.7 million annually to $13 million. Doing so with the same number of sale staff increasing GP % from 11.8% to 15.3% and seen a 2.8% increase to the departments net profit.
