  • My dad was in construction and home improvements for my whole life. I went to work with him on weekends and summers from the age of about 12. I learned to do all types of construction.
  • Unlike today's builder where the builder is more of a coordinator of subs, we actually did all the work.
  • For example: Back in the day when we built on a room addition we did it all. We dug the footing, poured the slab, framed structure, bricked or siding, electrical, plumbing, roofing, drywall, texture paint, trim, landscape etc.
  • After High School I started my own company until I decided to attend College and work in restaurants.
