As the owner of the martech stack for this scale-up provider of SaaS financial operations software, I build processes and automation primarily in Pardot, HubSpot, Salesforce, LeanData, SalesLoft, ChiliPiper, and Intercom. Working closely with demand generation and customer marketing, I structure campaign data to show the impact of marketing. When a merger was announced with competing solution Chargify, I was promoted to Director of Marketing Operations for the combined company.
