Had nine welders on site daily and kept track of certs, piping, mapping, and visual inspection on 2600+ welds within a four-five month period.

Took on new faces in the inspection office that I have not worked with before and create a strong team. Resolved issues quickly and had forward vision on any issues that looked to problems ahead. Project finished mechanical completion date on time.
