Operates electric pallet jacks (riders)

Works in cold environments (freezer can be -10°F, cooler ~35°F)

Meets speed and accuracy quotas (cases per hour matter)

Select orders: Pull full-case products (dry, refrigerated, frozen) according to

pick lists or voice-directed system.

Use equipment: Operate ride-on electric pallet jacks and sometimes other

warehouse equipment to move products.

Palletize shipments: Stack and prepare pallets for shipping to stores.

Lift & handle product: Lift cases (often heavy — up to ~87 lbs) at shoulder

height and overhead during a shift.

Work safely: Follow company safety procedures, sanitation standards, and

keep work areas clean.

Collaborate: Work effectively with teammates in a fast-paced environment.

Documentation: Accurate documentation and simple math for inventory

tracking and shipping records (depending on location.

Load outgoing shipments onto trucks or carriers.

Coordinate with carriers, drivers, or couriers.

Track shipments and update order status in the system

Receiving & Unloading: Unload deliveries from trucks, check

inventory against packing slips, and move items to the proper

storage location.

Sorting & Organizing: Separate and label products, prepare items

for storage, and keep the warehouse organized.

Production Support: Assist in packaging, assembling, or processing

goods before shipment.

Order Picking & Packing: Select products from shelves according to

order sheets, pack them securely, and prepare for shipping.

Machine Operation: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, or other

warehouse equipment when trained.

Quality Control: Inspect products for damage, defects, or

inconsistencies.

Inventory Management: Count, track, and update inventory records.

Safety Compliance: Follow workplace safety rules, wear protective

gear, and maintain a clean, hazard-free workspace.
