Over the past three years I worked over the summer for Smart Home Pros, a subcontractor for Vivint Smart home. Each summer, which lasted 6 months at a time, I worked 6 days a week, 12 hours a day average. I was in the office by 11am Monday-Saturday for training and day planning for myself and the team. After that was completed I was knocking my first door by 1pm and would not be done until 10pm most nights. After selling through the day, there was an hour training with rookies and i would not get home until 11pm or later every night.
When I was not in the summer season the company would have 6 weeks, spaced out as 2 week trips every other month, when we worked those same hours, and every Friday and Saturday.
Over the past three years, I dedicated my summers to working for Smart Home Pros, a subcontractor for Vivint Smart Home. During each six-month summer period, I maintained a rigorous schedule of six days a week, averaging 12 hours per day. Commencing work at the office by 11 am from Monday to Saturday, my responsibilities included training sessions and day planning for both myself and the team.
Following these sessions, I commenced door-to-door sales, often concluding around 10 pm. Post-sales activities involved an additional hour of training with rookies, resulting in late-night commitments, with my return home typically extending beyond 11 pm. Outside of the summer season, the company implemented six weeks of summer-like work trips, organized as two-week trips every other month, where the same demanding schedule applied, including work on every Friday and Saturday.
Upon totaling these hours, my accumulated experience encompasses just over 7,000 hours dedicated to sales and training.
