• Conduct comprehensive neonatal assessments and monitoring for premature and critically ill infants.
• Ventilator management (including CPAP, intubation support)
• IV therapy and central line care (PICC lines, umbilical lines)
• Medication administration (weight-based neonatal dosing)
• Neonatal resuscitation (NRP-certified)
• Thermoregulation management
• Feeding support (gavage feeding, breastfeeding assistance)
• Infection control and sterile technique
• Pain assessment and management in neonates
• Monitoring vital signs and interpreting lab results

Rooming patients and obtaining vital signs.
