Experienced Commercial Finance Lender with emphasis in Accounts Receivable Financing, Factoring, Purchase Order Lending and Underwriting. My career started at Avalon Funding as a Data Entry Technician and throughout my years, I was promoted to the head of many departments: Processing, Underwriting, Treasury, Contracts, Collection, Credit, and Distressed Assets / Workout.
Durring my time with Avalon, I created and implemented our Subcontractor Lending Program which expanded into FEMA Disaster Recovery Financing and most recently into Reverse Factoring also know as Supply Chain Financing. As those programs expanded, I had to expand and implement new underwriting procedures which led to my involvement with Avalon's Distressed Assets and Workout team. There, I specialized in Inter-Creditor/Subordination agreements between our clients Creditor's which allowed Avalon to provide specialized short term financing solutions in which clients were able to service their debt obligations. This also included in receiving numerous IRS subordination agreements, for the benefit of Avalon and IRS installments agreements for the benefit of our Clients.
