I am responsible for the monthly reporting to the state for all meals served, budgeting and reporting for any grants the school receives. The nutritional Director also works with the Principal to ensure the Food Service Dept runs smoothly and all needs of the students are met within the criteria for the meal pattern set forth by the state.
