  • Team Impact matches children dealing with life-threatening illnesses with college sports teams. Functioned as the liaison between The Citadel basketball and our friend, Hayden.
  • Worked directly with Hayden and his parents facilitating events and staying in communication with him.
  • Being able to volunteer and make friends with such an amazing child provided a new perspective on life as a whole.

Work Experience

  • Part-time employee at El Jefe.
  • Learned valuable communication skills and experienced a working-class job while still in undergraduate school.
  • Earned an income while maintaining responsibilities such as school, basketball, and military duties which improved time management skills.
