  • Coming on board in 2018, I was offered the position of Assistant Manager.
  • After a great first year with the company, I was offered the General Manager position. As the GM, I was responsible for all operational areas, schedules, inventory, cost management, payroll, and restaurant maintenance.
  • At the beginning of 2021, I was offered the position of regional manager for our franchises 5 locations. With this new position, I was able to replicate my own success as a GM through others, with consistent coaching, monthly meetings, setting standards, and reward systems to show appreciation for our teams hard work and increased profitability.
  • Over the following 3 years, I began to take on more and more responsibility as we opened 2 more cafes, and began to downsize our upper management team down to just myself.
  • I was promoted to Director of operations at the end of the second quarter of 2024. Additional responsibilities in this position involved, leading new menu tests for the corporate office, spearheading communications between our payroll company and our franchise, and overall corporate liaison.
  • Now in 2025, we have expanded our market to Georgia with 2 more cafes, totaling 9 cafes in our market.
