Supported packaging operations as a lead technician for more than 5 years along with coaching/training new and existing employees in both maintenance and packaging. Managed many projects to improve machinery and processes necessary to help the overall efficiency of equipment and people, while leading these projects had to oversee internal employees along with contractors to ensure on time completion. While switching roles from packaging to automation I currently have the same responsibilities as mentioned above along with evolving a different discipline for 2 years and 3 months.
