I was responsible for scheduling crews five departments with 60 plus employees. I played a big part in scheduling work on all equipment that was the best fit for the shop. Also responsible for maintenance and part ordered and refurbished with vendors for all equipment. This facility produced both commercial and packaging work.

I was responsible for digital department of 8 employees that produced $25 million in sales.Also managed a Large Format department of 5 employees.
