  • As the Director of STARBASE Arkansas, I provided strategic direction and oversight for all organizational functions, including program development, financial management, and staff supervision.   • Developed Transportation mission parameters for AMC's largest military exercise, operated within $1.3 million budget, and evaluated/coached participants.
