With over 20 years of comprehensive leadership and management experience, I have a proven track record in both military and civilian roles. As the Director of STARBASE Arkansas, I provided strategic direction and oversight, successfully launching a new DoD STARBASE program within four months. My responsibilities included program development, financial management, staff supervision, and the establishment of key community partnerships. Prior to this, I served in the United States Air Force, where I held various leadership positions, including Command Manager of Traffic Management Policy and Section Chief of Cargo Movement. In these roles, I led teams to execute complex logistical operations, developed mission parameters for large-scale military exercises, and authored inspection protocols. My career is marked by a commitment to excellence, demonstrated through numerous awards and successful project completions, underpinned by a strong foundation in strategic planning, team development, and program evaluation.
As the sole Traffic Manager on staff I was responsible for evaluating all policy from a transportation lens. I participated in several working groups to rewrite regulations, plan deployment tasks to participate in exercises and conduct site visits at the aerial ports.
