  • Investigated complex public corruption cases in Detroit, Michigan for twenty-five years. Lead case agent on multiple R.I.C.O. prosecutions, leading to lengthy sentences, and large criminal forfeitures.
  • Lead case agent on U.S. versus Kwame Kilpatrick, former Mayor of Detroit, who was sentenced to twenty-eight years in federal prison. This case led to referendum which amended Michigan's constitution to create a twenty-year ban on public service for politicians convicted of these types of crimes. Case resulted in millions of dollars in criminal forfeitures.
  • Two years as Supervisory Special Agent in charge of Detroit's Public Corruption Squad. Supervised more than a dozen agents and Task Force Officers. Voluntarily stepped down to return to case work.
  • Winner of numerous awards including D.O.J. Director's Award.
  • Responsible for prosecution of more than fifty corrupt police officers.
  • Lead case agent on multiple Group One and Group Two Undercover Operations.
