  • Led a vibrant youth and family ministry in a 1,000+ member non-denominational church. Managed volunteers, developed curriculum, coordinated events, and delivered weekly messages to groups of 100–200 youth, and occasional messages to 500+ people and families.
  • Recruited, trained, supervised, and galvanized around 30 volunteer leaders to serve as mentors for youth group participants; great retention is seen in the leaders as well.
  • Creatively writing sermons, entire series, and our whole curriculum for multiple years. Helping create and lead vision for all of those in the ministry, along with direction and theming for specific ministries and events for the entire church.
  • A lead communicator at youth services - writing and preaching messages to youth, led weekly youth group meetings for high school and middle school students, and fully service programmed every experience and event for the students.
  • Building slides for our weekly services in our ProPresenter (presentation software), along with making occasional graphics for the services, and operating the production side at nights and some events.
  • Advocated for the needs of youth with church staff and coordinated resources to meet both individual and group needs. Created and managed our student leadership team at the church.
