•Oversee 10 maintenance technicians across 2 locations and 3 divisions of packing shed equipment. (Both indoor and outdoor) while also maintaining and overseeing a fulltime shed fabricator.

•Monitor daily, weekly and monthly breakdowns for the financial advisors and implement new practices or improve current practices to allow for better financial stability in the maintenance division.

•Scheduling of daily, weekly, monthly calibrations across the automated loadcell equipment to maintain NDA standards for our packages.

•Schedule weekly and monthly cleaning and sanitizing of all packing shed equipment to our food safety team and NDA standards for all scheduled and nonscheduled inspections.

•Oversee all new shed fabrication projects working side by side with my fabricator to build, and install all new equipment while maintaing all practices of occupational safety.

•Oversee all new or potential changes needed to the equipment to meet productions needs for speed, quality and food safety.

•Work alongside all other relevant divisions of the company to ensure future projects are coordinated and completed in a timely and efficient manner.

•Working side by side with the inventory management team to ensure all machinery parts are being ordered correctly and promptly.

•Working along side the inventory management team to seek costs savings on parts being ordered both domestically and overseas.

•Maintain adequate record keeping of all tasks being performed through assetworks. This includes parts used and what asset they were used on along with LOTO for every work order.

•While maintaining my 8 person maintenance crew i took on the consumer production manager role.

•Managed up to 112 workers across two shifts to pack orders in a timely manner.

•Worked side by side with our sales team to ensure i understood our customer base and what their specific needs were.

•Monitored orders on Famous platform and implemented that information into a daily production run for both the day and the night crew.

•Monitored daily crew efficiency across the line to ensure orders were packed adequately, timely and safely with minimal downtime.

•Extended my knowledge of electrical systems involving 230/480, 24v AC/DC systems, sensors, relays, contactors, VFD, PLC, I/O boards, loadcell applications and other basic wiring needs.

•Worked alongside my maintenance manager to introduce and execute the installation of new equipment into the packing shed.(both purchased equipment and custom built in house equipment)
