I obtained a Class A CDL with a tanker endorsement.
I obtained my Class D Biological Wastewater license and will take my Class C Biological Wastewater exam on February 25.
I am forklift certified through ReWa.
I have helped implement new strategies for keeping and maintaining a clean workspace using 5S.
I assist with building inspections, including fire extinguishers and eyewash stations, to ensure they are working properly.
I also use WIMS and SCADA every day to check on operation centrifuges and pumping of sludge to maudlin road belt press building. I use WIMs to enter data from daily operation of belt presses and centrifuges.
We use DMS panels every day to track efficiency of operation and help ourselves to work harder in daily operation.
I have also cross-trained with George’s Creek operators. I have helped run laboratory tests, clean clarifiers, and clean CCC units.
I have assisted with maintenance tasks such as changing oil in blowers and greasing motors. I have helped Mauldin Road operators with turning GBTs on and off and ensuring they run correctly and efficiently.
I also have a good understanding of how solids are handled on the operations side of the process.
I have helped create and implement SOPs for the startup of centrifuges and for handling overfilled trailers at George’s Creek. I also helped create a Preventative Maintenance manual for George's Creek Centrifuges.
