I have been a dedicated Delta Airlines Pilot for 9 years, during which, I have gained valuable international and domestic operational experience that will make me a well-rounded Line Check Airman. I spent nearly half of my military career in high-level training and standards positions. I singly developed the training and readiness plan to prepare all Navy F/A-18 pilots for deployment. As a TOPGUN graduate, I seamlessly provided instruction in the classroom, simulator and cockpit. I have held numerous leadership and command positions. I understand the nexus of training, policy and real-world operations. My personality fits perfectly in a training environment and fosters rapid learning. I have type ratings and experience in the A320/A330/A350 Fleets and am ready to bring a broad depth of Airbus knowledge to the A320 fleet. In my Naval career I officiated or participated in Numerous Human Factor Boards (HFB) and Field Naval Aviator Evaluation Boards (FNAEB), so I can identify when a pilot is having difficulty and find ways to help them succeed. I would be humbled to join the Delta A320 Line Check Airman cadre.
