ROBERT BUNCE

• Coordinates directly with SCRRA Project Managers to ensure compliance with safety regulations, operational standards, and project timelines.
• Supports workforce scheduling, resource allocation, and contract deliverables to maintain efficient project execution.
• Overseeing 30 Roadway Worker in Charge (RWIC) personnel.
• The contract provides critical rail support services including flagging, safety training, inspections, and processing of Right of Encroachment (ROE) applications.

Track Inspector

• Led crews on major production and maintenance projects, including production tie gang operations replacing up to 5,000 ties per day.
• Production rail gang operations installing up to 6,000 feet of rail per day.
• Surfacing gang supporting new switch installations, crossing rehabilitation, new panel installations, and routine track maintenance.
• Conducted inspections on up to 45 miles of mainline track across multiple territories.

Track Supervisor

• Responsibilities included inspecting 63 switches per month, performing track inspections as frequently as three times per week, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and identifying maintenance needs.
• Supervised installation of new mainline track and yard switches, as well as new crossing installations and rehabilitation projects.
• Worked closely with the UTT Rail Detector program, managing scheduling, reporting, and monitoring of rail defects to ensure timely corrective action and track integrity.

• Training over 1,000 contractors to date.
• Actively participates in the annual RailPros 'Train the Trainer' program.
