I have been deployed 15 Disasters where I have supervised 4-8 FEMA site inspectors. I am responsible for scheduling site inspections with the SI Task Force Leader and the PDMG. I coordinate the site visits with the Applicants . I am responsible for reviewing the SI Reports for clarity, FEMA standards and validation. I am responsible for performing performance reviews including disciplinary action. I am responsible for assuming safety protocols and being adhered. I also serve as a coach- evaluator.

I was responsible for coordinating the site inspections, program delivery with PA Applicants. I was deployed to 14 Disasters where I served as a PA crew leader on 5 disasters. I served as a Task Force Leader and a Branch Director for Disasters converting to the new delivery model. I prepared project worksheets in the Excel Workbook and EMMIE.
