For the past7 years, I have with the support of others maintained the COOP base plan and all support and internal annexes, which require2 year review and signatures by regulation
Each annex submitted is reviewed for completeness and recommend changes as necessary
Also required are quarterly COOP work group meetings with CAOs
TACOM conducts every other month, to which requires documented meeting notes and attendance rosters
As a HQs, guidance and assessments of the COOP and Emergency Management programs at the depots and arsenals are required every two years or during Change of Commands
I conducted approximately80% of these assessments during the last9 years
