Perform rounds to assure plant is operating safely.
Clear and swap filters
Troubleshoot issues with pumps, process lineups, valves, etc…
Write safe work permits for maintenance using Red Tag System.
Participation in leak buster program.
Review and write job procedures as required.
Pull samples on daily basis.
Utilize the MOC Process when required.
Load ISO-containers.
JLG and forklift certification.
Responds to alarms that indicate unsafe conditions or equipment problems.
Performs routine hose assessments and replacements to ensure the facility is complying with hose management program.

Certified in working with Hazardous chemicals
Clear and tag out equipment using the Red Tag System (Isolation of energy sources) for maintenance.
Scheduling raw materials unloads to keep production units running.
Routine operation of basic control systems and devices to transfer, monitor levels, temperatures, pressures, and flow rates in order to load, unload, raw materials.
