• ICU/PCU, RN, July 2018 – February 2022 (3 years, 7 months)

- Joined this unit to expand my knowledge in critical care patient populations, competencies, procedures, and equipment.

• Float Pool RN, August 2017 – Present (1 year, 4 months)

- Transitioned to the hospital Float Pool team to expand knowledge of other units and patient populations, such as higher acuity patients in a step-down unit, pre-operative and post-operative patients, and post-partum couplet care.

- Increased my understanding of hospital workflow and collaboration between departments.

- Strengthened my ability to be a dynamic member of the hospital who could quickly transition between nursing roles and departments.
