  • I was selected to Led a team as part of the Cyber Truck launch program, leading a team of 21 material handlers across Receiving, all 7 of the BIW closure lines on both 1f and 2f, while also supplying parts to GA on both 1f and 1M, from 10 units a week to a ramp up of 10 UPH.

-Ensured production lines remained supplied with materials while maintaining warehouse inventory levels and working with externals to prevent any part shortages.

-Assigned daily work responsibilities and coordinated associates' schedules, including staggering breaks and lunches to ensure uninterrupted material delivery.

-Investigated and resolved inventory inaccuracies, overlapping production line delivery priorities, order exceptions, variance issues, and part shortages.

-Performed bi-hourly WIP counts to identify production risks and proactively prevent any line downs.

-Communicated with Production and PC managers to develop action plans and respond to any changes in production priorities.

-Worked closely with material handlers to understand concerns, provide coaching, support and remove obstacles to help them succeed in their roles.

-Coordinate daily with production and PC management to communicate team assignments and identify the primary POC for material handling support within each area.

-Review system demand for repack requirements, prioritize work based on production needs and assign repack activities to material handlers.

-Provide operational support to other team leads across multiple shops as needed while working to maintain production continuity throughout all shops.
