Operated powder coating equipment to apply protective finishes on various metal substrates. Assisted in preparing surfaces for coating by cleaning and sanding as necessary. Learned safety protocols and best practices for handling chemical materials in production environment. Maintained cleanliness of work area to ensure efficient operation and safety compliance. Collaborated with team members to troubleshoot issues, resulting in reduced downtime and increased productivity. Had to create the standard work and risk assessment for powder coat. I started in assembly and trained in shipping before moving to fabrication. I became a fork truck operator and crane operator for about 14 years. I been involved in many of the Kaizen RIE and VISION events. Working along side the vision department since they created that roll. I have been trusted with training alot of the drivers and crane operators.

Operated forklifts and pallet jacks to efficiently handle inventory and optimize warehouse space. Stocked locations for employees to retrieve product for order specs. Maintain a level of inventory transferring product thru paperless. Had to locate incoming inventory.
