  • Perform administrative duties, prepare and monitor budgets for Statewide Waterway Improvement Unit, Statewide Construction Section and Division of Parks Waterway Improvement Program. Project and monitor expenditures and implement control of funds.
  • Develop cost tracking programs and procedures, prepare bid documents, compile information and prepare reports.
  • Develop and manage in house industries and support programs such as statewide mechanical beach cleaning, aquatic weed harvesting, in house dock rehabilitation, in house construction trades program, roadway mowing, bucket truck, chipper and stump grinder programs and current development of roadway sealing, striping program.
