- I oversee all security operations within Tooele County School District, including contracting with local law enforcement for SRO Services, managing School Safety Specialists, overseeing the Armed Guardian program, and training school employees in Security/Safety functions.
- I also oversee annual Safe Schools employee training, along with response protocol training.
- I also oversee walking plans and coordinate Crossing Guards with local law enforcement entities.
- I am also the School District Emergency Response manager, and have received training from FEMA in National Disaster&Emergency Management.
- I am the primary liaison between the School District and local law enforcement agencies.
- Create and update policy when legislative updates happen.
- Respond and screen threats made to the schools or students. Assess threats with evidence based tools.
- I am also the Title IX investigator for the School District.
Program Coordinator
3RD DISTRICT JUVENILE COURT

- Supervise and oversee all restorative justice programs within 3rd District. Those programs include the Work Crew program, Truancy and victim/offender Mediation Programs, PASS program, Credit Recovery program and NCTI program.
- Oversee two separate budgets within the Courts to include restitution funding for victims and community service project funding.
- Supervise a team of Probation Officer’s for the Work Crew program, PASS program, NCTI Program and front end non-judicial probation cases.
- Office duties include billing for work crew contracted jobs, miscellaneous paperwork to ensure program integrity of all programs within the Juvenile Court, case audits, restitution audits, Probation Officer statistics, report writing, budget reconciliation, maintaining all expenditure reports on program related expenses.
- Other duties include meeting with Juvenile Court Judges on a consistent basis to ensure programs are being run by the probation department correctly. Coordinating and networking with outside agency contacts.
- Directly working with outside state agencies. Meeting with contracted agencies who utilize the court work crew program to ensure compliance with the boundaries of specific contracts. Additional duties include purchasing with a government purchasing card and surplus.
- Personally work with victims in high profile cases to advocate for victims and their needs in court proceedings and ensure the restorative justice process is met through the court process.

3RD DISTRICT JUVENILE COURT MANAGER

- Work with other agencies who are involved in the Juvenile Court process.

- Write court reports, case plans, dispositional reports, petitions, motions, and other various forms of court documents.
- Conduct drug testing, and monitor juveniles in the community, home, and school.
