  • In my first year as a sub for OVSD, I worked for the Virtual Academy with 7th and 8th graders. I graded student assignments, ran attendance, and took over instruction if the teacher was absent. Since the experience was virtual through Zoom, I also gained experience with educational technology.
  • Followed lesson plans left by the teacher to support or guide students in learning the new material.
  • Successfully managed classroom routines to create an effective learning environment and maintain consistent schedules.
