I am a highly motivated safety minded individual with years of experience in heavy highway construction and bridge building. I started in the industry in 1981 working my way up the ladder from laborer, carpenter, welder, construction diver, operator, foreman, to superintendent, and then General Superintendent. I have worked on hundreds of bridges with spans ranging from 30ft from 140ft, retaining walls, interstate rehab, sound barrier walls, pre cast bridge beams and etc. I can operate any heavy construction machinery from bull dozers to cranes and excavators of all sizes. I also have experience in industrial plant work, demolition and put back of concrete as well as heavy rigging of concrete, wire sawing and removing pieces weighing seventy tons or more. My crowning achievement so far in my career was when I was one of two crane operators on the Herrington Lake bridge project where we lifted preassembled center span red iron beams whose total weight was 422 ton. I am organized, detail oriented, and ready to work. I enjoy mentoring and raising up the next generation, sharing my knowledge and expertise to further the future of my industry.
