I have worked in the retail industry for 22 years and for a corporation for the past 16 years. In that time I worked from sales associate up to Assistant Manager. To reach desired sales, I have found it important to present products in a visually pleasing and informative manner. The use of various inventory and sales reports then allows for tracking results. These reports can then assist in decision making adjustments in product type, presentation, and quantity to aid in meeting departmental sales goals. I am committed to the company and store I work in, and consider my customer base to be an entire district. I want customers to drive past the competition and shop at the store I work in. By providing excellent customer service and a clean well stocked store, this can be accomplished.
