Relocated at the request of the District Manager to drive changes in the Garden Center through

merchandising, shrink control and and engagement. Successfully championed change in the departments and across the store while going through two different Store Manager and District Manager changes.

Departments are both above sales plan for the year and greatly improved on the shrink/damages line.

Relocated after Hurricane Michael affected the area a few months earlier. Store had opportunities from the tremendous growth including staffing, training and standards. The store produced a Manager of the Year and had twenty straight maximum payouts in Winning Together bonuses for the entire store and finished first in company in Customer Satisfaction (LTR).

Filled the Operations Manager role for majority of my time in Pompano Beach. Front end and back end operations. First store that I worked in that transitioned into third party delivery and worked through the change. As Sales Manager, the store was heavy in the specialty and install business with the PSE and PSI markets.

Assumed all job responsibilities that related to total store operations, inventory, delivery and merchandising. ASM sales with the Pro business and building materials.

Relocated at request of District Manager to assist In store operations as it had become an opportunity store. Brand new facility after being rebuilt from Hurricane Katrina. Transitioned past two Store Managers.

Relocated as Co-Operations Manager after Hurricane Katrina devastation. The current Operations Manager was transferring to different location.

All responsibilities of operating the store. Located in a commercial and industrial area, the store was Pro customer focused.

Personally, my family suffered total personal loss of everything in Hurricane Katrina and we were going to have to relocate. I had a great team with several of them moving into Store Manager roles and District level positions.

Relocated at the request of District Manager to assist in Operations. This was an opportunity to increase my knowledge in store operations and to continue my growth with the company.

Grand opened a new store as the Assistant Manager over the Garden Center. Assisted in the total setting of the store from steel racking to merchandising of the store.

Started with Lowe's as a Department Manager with the opportunity to grand open a new store. Assisted with total operations of steel set of racking and product merchandising, hiring and training.
