I have extensive knowledge and experience in the HVAC field. I have previously owned and operated a successful full service HVAC company for over 30 years. My company provided maintenance, repair, replacement and installation of new equipment on both residential and commercial buildings. I created maintenance programs for both business and residential customers to insure the continued efficient operation of their equipment. I successfully managed the daily operations of the different departments in my business including the Service Department, the Installations Department, the Customer Service Department and the Estimating department . I invested time and training and motivation in each department to insure that all personnel were performing at their highest potential and excelling in customer service. Customer satisfaction was our target goal. Our slogan " Your Comfort Is Our Business" was our priority and reflected in our unstained reputation. I maintained a

AAA rating with the Better Business Bureau and was proud to have kept my employees moral high and our customers happy.
