  • For 2nd shift (5pm-9pm) I run hoist to allow 1st shift operators to leave after their shift, so they don’t have to do overtime.

  • Die Cast Finishing- I finished the cylinders for the original compressors. I had to make sure that all of the parts were 100% to go to the machining department.

  • I was responsible for training some of our new operators, or ensuring that the operator that was training, was doing a good job.

  • I was in charge of doing change overs and pulling dies out if something broke
  • I was able to perform minor tasks on the die and robots to ensure the quality of our products.
  • I worked on the trim press and replaced jigs on it if they broke or weren't performing properly
  • I have replaced shot rods, hoses, hydraulic and air lines on robots, and anything else that was needed.
