I have been in the Automotive Industry for more than 38 years and bring a vast amount of experience and knowledge in many different aspects of the Industry. The last 25 years working at Tesa has added to this experience for the Industry but also how Tesa operates within the Automotive industry.

My experience and knowledge puts me in a position to be uniquely qualified to take on the responsibility of the BU Manager Automotive for OEM/OES.

I have a track record of working well with other departments and people to achieve common goals and have earned their trust and respect.

Regional Key Account Manager

Develop new business and maintain current business with Ford and General Motors Account for North America

Maintain a healthy pipe line of opportunities for continued future growth

Handle all aspects of business from Start to End of business including:

  • Build business relationships to find new opportunities
  • Work with engineering for testing and validation needed
  • Work with internal departments to quote new business
  • Obtain PO from customer
  • Forecast business for operations to coordinate production of required products
  • Work with customer for smooth implementation of business and support customer through life of business including quality and other issues
  • Work with Customer Care and Finance on customer issues
  • Work with Operations on changes in demand or end of business for proper phase out of business
  • Report to managers on status of business or other issues


During the past 25 years I have accomplished the following:

  • Obtained the initial vendor codes with Ford, GM and Chrysler to be a direct supplier to each
  • Helped Tesa transition into the quality requirements of being a direct supplier
  • Won the first pieces of business at each of the Big 3
  • Won a million $ piece of business with Autoliv on airbags
  • Multiple winner of Key Account Manager of the year
  • Responsible for developing the 3 largest OEM/OES customers in 2023 so far
  • Successful and creating 3 patents for products
