I coordinate with the shipping department on sales that were sent out each day and convert these into invoices.
Set up special projects within GP including entering the bill of materials, assigning the materials to the project once it is completed and prepping the project for billing.
I approve all sales orders after the sales team enters them in Sales Pad.
I have been learning how to use the GP system and developing training materials as I go in an attempt to get the team not only using the system properly but in a uniform way.

8th Plat Reserve HOA Treasurer & Vice President
My community did not have an HOA Board and starting in May 2014 I was an original member of the board and was elected to be the Treasurer. I held that position for over five years until September, 2019. During this time the board was able to build up a surplus of funds through many cost cutting measures. We also took over the day to day operations of our community from a management firm.
I returned to the Board in 2022 as Vice President where we continue to help the community to take care of issues that arise.
