Reading
I recently have developed the habit of reading a chapter a night before I go to bed to let my eyes rest and mind be active right before I sleep. Some of my favorite book genres are true crime, autobiographies, and crime fiction. Though I have not finished reading a ton of books, I have made it a habit to ready daily which is progression from where I started.
