  • As a Watch Commander, I oversaw Patrol Operations and the Field Training Program for newly hired Deputy Sheriff personnel assigned to the Thermal Station.
  • I conducted random audits on personnel of their body worn camera’s, communications through text, and reports written.
  • Ensured the deputies were aware that all our information received from ether call incidents or computer systems were confidential and not to be shared with persons outside law enforcement.
  • I oversaw the training scenarios for my shift for active shooter calls, vehicle pursuits, and specialized investigations.
  • As an Administrative Lieutenant, I conducted personnel investigations for unethical behaver, conduct unbecoming, and any citizen complaint on personnel.
  • A thorough report was documented and depending on the findings the investigation, the report was closed with either discipline, non-discipline, or termination.
  • I oversaw the functions of the station which included the ordering of furniture, the remodeling of offices, the maintenance, construction, and security of the station.

  • I was also the liaison to the local recycling business where I conducted theft of copper wire and metal materials from businesses or construction sites.
