First medal was awarded on completion of 100 percent lightoff assessment. (an assessment of the ships maintenance and electrical systems after dry dock.)

Second, award for completing damage control assessment and maintaining ship board fire fighting systems after dry dock. 

Third navy awarded metal was awarded for my effort in restoring vital power and energy to the ship whilst stranded in the ocean with minimal supplies. 

Lastly, the metal was awarded for my accomplishment of completing my 5 year contract, during which time I completed 2 deployments in active zones.
